1. Cash on Delivery (COD) Service

  • For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, customers must provide a complete and accurate delivery address. This includes:
    • House number
    • Street number
    • Mohallah/Town/Block name
    • City name
  • Incomplete or inaccurate addresses may result in the parcel being sent with partial or complete advance payment to ensure successful delivery.

2. Self-Collection from Affiliated Logistic Office (TCS)

  • If you choose to self-collect your parcel from our affiliated logistic support office (TCS), the following payment terms apply:
    • A non-refundable advance payment of Rs. 500/- will be charged at the time of placing the order.
    • The remaining balance will be payable as Cash on Delivery (COD) when you collect your parcel.
  • Please ensure you have your order confirmation and a valid ID when collecting your parcel.

3. 100% Advance Deliveries

  • For orders requiring 100% advance delivery, full payment must be made at the time of placing the order. This applies to:
    • Urgent or same-day delivery requests.
    • Deliveries via non-affiliated logistic companies.

4. Deliveries via Other Logistic Companies

  • If you request delivery through a courier service other than our affiliated logistic partner, 100% advance payment is required.
  • Please note that shipping charges may vary depending on the logistic company used.

5. Standard Shipping Charges

  • Our standard nationwide shipping charge is Rs. 199/-. This charge may be subject to change in the future based on market conditions.
  • We strive to keep shipping costs affordable while ensuring timely and secure delivery.

6. Free Shipping Offer

  • Enjoy free shipping on all orders above Rs. 4,000/-.
  • Please note that the free shipping threshold may be adjusted in the future based on company policies.
